Managed Service FAQs
Pixelate is our self-service platform: you upload and redact footage yourself. The managed service uses the same underlying technology, but our own team carries out the redaction and review for you, so nobody in your organisation needs to touch a redaction tool at all.
You can upload footage securely through our platform, or we can arrange an alternative secure transfer method for larger or recurring volumes. We'll agree the right approach with you when you enquire.
Turnaround is agreed as part of your service level agreement, with a 24-hour SLA option available for urgent requests. Let us know your typical volumes and deadlines when you get in touch.
Pricing is custom and based on your volume and turnaround requirements, so it isn't a fixed monthly plan like our self-service tiers. Contact us and we'll put together a quote based on what you need.
Yes. The managed service uses the same GDPR and CCPA compliant, encrypted infrastructure as the rest of Pixelate. Only members of our redaction team access your footage, and it is handled in line with our privacy notice throughout.
